OC - Siara

(( Yeah, I went and made another new OC. But this one is actually pretty special and not technically "new". Actually I made this girl many, many, many years ago, before I was even on DA. She was like my first official OC I ever made. And actually she's my inspiration for all the other characters I have made on here. Different little elements of them sort of came from her. Like the eyes……… I like pupiless eyes, I can't help it. However I had never drawn her before and she was just sort of a character that was locked up in my head. But every time I made a character I realized there was always some element that ultimately came from her. So finally determined, I sat down, grabbed a pencil and drew her out and so here is the result! It's a pretty amazing feeling when you finally see a character that's meant so much to you actually come to life. I mean, I made a full out Ref sheet for her so that's saying something XD And I am REALLY debating whether or not to give her an ask account. I'm doing kind of ok handling two accounts, I'm just not sure how I'd do with three. But now that I've made her I want to draw her and I want to draw her a LOT. Oh well, we'll see what the future holds. Now then, enough about me, let's get down to some more info about her! :3 _{And apparently my attempts at AT syle have completely died and now I just do my own thing XD} ))



Name: Siara

Age: 22

Height: 5' 5"

Race: Voltarin

Species: Electrical being

Powers: She's able to control electrical energy. She can create sparks and spheres with the electricity she produces to use for whatever reason or even into a sword in which to use as a weapon. However, whenever using these methods to fight, it takes away from her own energy and can tire her out faster so she prefers to use regular fight techniques than her electrical abilities. She can also turn into her full Voltarin form in which she conducts a great amount of electricity rather than in her more human like form. In this form, she's extremely powerful but one draw back is that she's more vulnerable to water and if she happens to get wet, it'll short her out which causes her a great amount of pain and forces her back into her human form.

Personality: She can be a rather serious, stubborn and hard headed kind of person. Though deep down, she can be a bit juvenile but is more open and fun once she warms up to people. She normally hides this side of herself for personal reasons and tries hard for the most part to be a more serious type person.

Traits: Her most distinguishing trait is that she's blind from birth and that's why her eyes are kind of a glazed over white. However, with the red gem that hangs around her neck she's given some sight in which she can see other living things that give off energy. She can't really distinguish a person's features though and people kind of appear to her as nothing more then white, fuzzy figures. Without the gem, she's once again not able to see anything at all.

Additional Information: On the very outskirts of Ooo, past the Candy Kingdom, past the Ice Kingdom, past everything that even remotely resembles modern day Ooo lies the Wastelands. The ruins of various buildings from before the Mushroom War still stand and some still contain artifacts of the past. But even past this area and the wreckage that the war had on that place, lies another Kingdom. The Kingdom of Voltaris. The citizens that resided in this place all had the ability of electrical energy and seemed to be made up of it as well. The people were happy and the kingdom was a thriving and peaceful place for the Voltarins…….. or at least it used to be. But that's a story for another time.

As for one of these Voltarins, Siara is one of the only Voltarins to even leave the kingdom. From the look of her armor, she is an apparent warrior of the kingdom and quite the skilled fighter. She travels all over Ooo on her own personal quest in search for something. She never really mentions what this is however and prefers to keep that bit of information to herself. Aside from her mission, she also comes off as though she's running away from something. She's constantly vigilant of her surroundings and sometimes is seen looking over her shoulder almost expecting someone to be there. Or something. Whenever asked where she's from, she's rather hesitant about giving an answer to even mentioning Voltaris. Which is to be expected since it……… well, you'll just have to ask her and find out.
